In this post, I want to tell you in detail about the website project I recently completed for Yeşil Teknik Servis, one of Iğdır's leading technical service companies. This project was carried out with great care, aiming to strengthen the brand's digital presence and provide a seamless experience for users.

Project Goal and Our Approach

Yeşil Teknik Servis is a specialized company that provides 24/7 technical support for many home appliances such as white goods, combi boilers, air conditioners, and televisions. Our primary goal was to transfer their reliable and fast service approach to the digital platform, creating a structure where customers could easily get information, schedule appointments, and access services. During the design process, we prioritized user experience (UX), focusing on presenting all of the company's services clearly and understandably.

Design and User Experience Details

On the site's homepage, we made all the services offered by Yeşil Teknik Servis (white goods, combi boiler, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator repair) easily accessible. The emphasis on "Yeşil" (Green) in the company's name was reflected in our color palette, combined with a professional and minimalist aesthetic.

  • Clear Navigation: We ensured users could quickly find the information they were looking for with sections like "Kurumsal" (Corporate), "Hizmetler" (Services), "2. El Ürünler" (Second-hand Products), "Galeri" (Gallery), "Blog," and "İletişim" (Contact).
  • 24/7 Accessibility: To allow customers to contact the service immediately in emergencies, we prominently placed phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp buttons. We also integrated a form where they could easily create a service request.
  • Emphasis on Trust: We highlighted the company's strengths, such as a 1-year warranty, economical prices, and the use of original spare parts. With a section dedicated to customer testimonials, we aimed to reinforce a sense of trust in potential customers.
  • Visual and Informative Content: In the gallery section, we presented images and videos of the company's work to visually support the quality of service. The blog section provided industry information and useful tips, ensuring a dynamic content flow for the site.
  • Second-hand Products: We also showcased Yeşil Teknik Servis's second-hand products in a separate section, offering a dedicated platform for users looking for such items.

Technical Infrastructure and Performance

When building the technical infrastructure for this project, I made sure the site was not only aesthetically pleasing but also fast and reliable. Since mobile compatibility is essential for today's websites, I ensured the site worked flawlessly on every device.
